This board is started at a time when another forum, Talk Lubbock, was taken down. That is no coincidence. However, the administrators of this board were not founders of Talk Lubbock or any other general talk forum.
We plan to be somewhat different. Because our philosophy is non-directive, we won't be creating a lot of categories right now. Also we hope to avoid the problems that have plagued other such boards. For one thing, administration will stay away from squabbling with members. For another, we will come down very hard on those who violate the rules.
Other than that, we want to see a diverse membership. Diverse in ethnicity, in religion, in politics.
Do not be shy or too embarassed to post. Subject to the Rules, we want to see everyone speak freely and say what they think. We have no other agenda.
