gave a speech before her kind of people, meaning Connecticut Republicans of an exclusive social stratum, and made a curious remark. Quote-- “I love the fact that there are women out there who don’t have a choice and they must go to work and they still have to raise the kids.” At www.vanityfair.com/online/daily/2012/04/Helping-Ann-Romney-Pull-Her-Sensibly-Heeled-Pump-Out-of-Her-Mouth they speculate on what Mrs. Romney meant. I think she was trying to be democratic. She was trying to say that being a working mother is tough, but good for those who survive it. Pity she is unable to speak from experience. Perhaps she has been reading about working mothers. Love the horse, btw. So nice to have a lifestyle where you can have horses, riding academies, tree-lined lanes where you can ride etc.
